Cancellation and Refund Policy

Packages

Trainers can use Kazrat free (up to 2 active clients) or pay monthly for Starter, Pro or a Custom package. Prices are shown in Settings → Plans, plus GST where it applies. Clients never pay Kazrat.

Cancellation

You can cancel any time by writing to us. Your package stays active until the end of the month you have paid for, then your account moves to the Free package. Your clients and data are kept.

Refunds

Payments for a package are not refundable, including for unused days of a month. If you were charged twice or charged the wrong amount, write to us within 30 days and we will refund the extra amount to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Payments between trainers and clients

Clients pay their trainer directly. Kazrat never receives or holds that money, so refunds for training fees are between the client and the trainer.
