Who we are
Kazrat is an app for personal trainers and their clients: workout and meal plans, daily check-ins, progress, chat, reminders and fee tracking. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
Account details: your email and password (stored hashed by our sign-in provider), or your Google name and email if you sign in with Google. Details your trainer enters about you: name, email, phone, goal, diet, sex, birth year, height, weight and monthly fee. What you log in the app: workouts, meals, water, weight, body details and chat messages. Basic usage events, such as which feature was used, that never contain health values.
How we use it
Only to run Kazrat for you and your trainer: show your plan and progress, schedule the reminders and nudges your trainer sets up (they are scheduled on your phone), and send sign-in and password-reset codes. We do not sell your data and we never use health data for advertising.
Who can see it
Your trainer sees your plan, logs, progress, chat and fee status. You see your own data. Our service providers process data only to run Kazrat: Supabase (database, sign-in and file storage, hosted in Mumbai, India), Vercel (website hosting), Expo (app builds and delivery), Google (only if you choose Google sign-in) and our email provider (sign-in emails). Fees are paid directly from client to trainer; Kazrat never receives the money or your payment details.
Health data and consent
Weight, meals, workouts and body details are health-related data. We process them only to provide the service you asked for, with your consent. You can withdraw consent at any time by asking us to delete your account.
Keeping and deleting data
We keep your data while your account is active. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep it.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, withdraw consent, or raise a complaint. In India these rights come from the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Contact us using the details below and we will reply within 30 days.
Children
Kazrat is for people aged 18 and over. Younger people may use it only with a parent's or guardian's consent.
Changes
If we change this policy, we update the date above and tell you in the app when the change matters.
